Constant Pressure Steam System for Uniform and Continuous Heating
Heating for distillation is supplied by steam at constant pressure. Capable of measuring protein, Kjeldahl number, alcohol, free nitrogen, TVN, and free ammonia. Equipped with a 1-liter steam source made of Stainless Steel 316 and a 20-bar pump for injecting distilled water into the steam boiler. The unique and advanced Steam Technology system provides constant pressure steam without pressure drops or extra energy consumption, ensuring fast and continuous operation for successive long tests.
Optimized Storage Vessels and Sampling Equipment for High Accuracy
Special graduated autoclave-safe reagent vessels connected to the device for storing water, alkali, and boric acid. Equipped with a 42-size Pyrex sampling tube of 300 cc and a steam trap to enable better and more precise digestion and distillation. Unique and advanced vacuum and pressure system required for distillation operation without piston vacuum pumps and associated issues.

All valves made of Stainless Steel 316 with fittings made from PTFE, PVC, silicone, and Pyrex SCHOTT glass with heat resistance up to 550°C.
