The ASCO laboratory deionizer, with a capacity of 14 liters per hour, is a fully automatic and precise device designed to produce ultra-pure, ion-free water, ideal for use in advanced laboratories. This device operates without the need for calibration, features a digital system with replaceable filters, and is capable of producing water with zero microsiemens purity; making it ideal for applications such as HPLC, pharmaceuticals, and precise scientific research.
Fully digital and automatic Kjeldahl distillation system with programmable features and a color LCD for monitoring process stages and commands, equipped with a finger-touch control panel.
Performs distillation in the shortest possible time, between 3 to 5 minutes depending on the sample, with fast and highly accurate results. Repeatability is less than 0.1% (RSD). Regression coefficient is 99.99% after plotting the standard curve.
The ASCO Kjeldahl Digestion device, manufactured by Lotus Tajhiz Caspian, is available in 4, 8, and 10-unit models and is specifically designed for precise and safe chemical digestion in the Kjeldahl method. Equipped with independent furnaces, a programmable controller, and a polymer scrubber that requires no water, this device meets the needs of professional laboratories for the analysis of nitrogen, protein, and related compounds.
The ASCO fully automatic Soxhlet, featuring programmable settings and an LCD display, enables simultaneous operation of six independent tests. It is equipped with durable glass condensers, an intelligent auto-calibration system, automatic solvent recovery, resistant PTFE cartridges, and a vapor leak prevention system. This device operates without pumps or compressors, extracts fat in a short time, and works with a dedicated chiller without the need for municipal water. The ASCO ADF/NDF Fiber Analyzer is a fully automatic device using ANKOM technology designed for accurate measurement of crude fiber, ADF, and NDF in animal feed and food materials. This device can process 21 samples simultaneously, offering high precision, cost reduction, and low energy consumption. It is equipped with an acid-resistant boiler, polyethylene rack, digital temperature control system, and a chiller that does not require municipal water. It also has the capability to pass the ISO 17025 test and validate sample accuracy. For consultation and pricing information, please contact us.
The ASCO jet scrubber is a specialized tool for separating suspended particles in gases and acidic or alkaline vapors, which is connected to the Kjeldahl digestion apparatus. With its advanced design, this device quickly neutralizes vapors and transfers them to wastewater without the need for a chemical hood. Its powerful motor with adjustable suction, rapid response to vapors, and safe operation in the laboratory are among its main features.
A chiller is a cooling system used together with fiber, distillation, and Soxhlet equipment. The chiller carries out the cooling process for systems such as fiber, distillation, and Soxhlet under the Askfood brand.
The TVN tube in the Kjeldahl apparatus is responsible for transferring ammonia vapors generated during the sample digestion process to the absorbing solution, such as boric acid. This transfer must occur without leakage, premature condensation, or contamination to maintain the accuracy of nitrogen analysis. The engineered design of this tube ensures the safe and complete passage of vapors.
In the ASCO brand, the TVN tube is made of heat- and corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass and is fully compatible with the operating conditions of the Kjeldahl apparatus. These features enhance measurement accuracy, reduce vapor loss, and improve the overall performance of the distillation system in the laboratory.
